If your week already feels heavy, here’s a weirdly effective trick to flip your energy fast.
Pick three minutes — literally set a timer — and do three tiny things:
Minute 1: Move.
March in place, stretch, shake out your arms — anything that gets blood moving.
Minute 2: Clear.
Delete 10 emails, throw away one piece of clutter, or cross off a micro-task.
Momentum loves progress, even tiny.
Minute 3: Future You.
Write one sentence about something good you’re aiming at this week — a win, a moment, a thing you’re excited to finish.
That’s it: move, clear, aim.
Your brain reads that as:
“I’m not drowning — I’m in control.”
Three minutes.
New energy.
Whole week feels lighter.
