The Mexican restaurant chain, On The Border , is looking to fill the position for "Chief Margarita Officer".
They are looking for "an experienced, self-driven and fun-loving chief margarita officer."
Applicants must know how to mix a margarita on short notice, distinguish between fresh-squeezed lime juice and canned limeade, and be able to argue why salt is better than sugar on the rim of the glass.
The job will only last for one day, on February 22nd, a.k.a, National Margarita Day, and will pay $1000 in restaurant gift cards. The position will also offer free chips and salsa for a year.
