The time is finally upon us! If you haven't heard the news, a new brunch restaurant is coming to Colorado Springs and its just in time for endless mimosas this weekend! Snooze an AM Eatery is opening another location, this time at 7587 N. Academy (or just drive up Academy and look for the really really REALLY long line). Now I knew Snooze was in Denver but I actually didn't know that they had a bunch of locations, like California, Arizona, and Texas. I've never personally been to Snooze but I have heard only good things so far, and I usually frequent brunch every Sunday around CSprings. Taking a quick glance at the menu, the breakfast pot pie (pictured below, you are welcome), looks like something I need in my life right...now. Pair that along with one of their four Bloody Mary varieties or SIX mimosa options and you've got yourself the perfect Sunday morning.
The restaurant opens tomorrow at 6:30am but to be honest, I highly doubt the current line outside is going anywhere soon so I'd call ahead. Hopefully by Sunday I'll be able to squeeze in. If you make it there beforehand tell me what you got or if you've been to another location!
