Denise is a true multimedia personality with a strong work ethic. Denise Plante is our Midday Personality, she also hosts a daily television show on KWGN called "Great Day Colorado." She's also seen on FOX31 hosting "Weekend Vibe."

One of Denise's unique professional qualities is she has a firm grasp not only on traditional media, but is also well versed in social media, where she actively engages with her audience and participates in discussions.

Throughout Denise's 28+ career in Denver, she has used her platform to make a positive impact in the lives of the community by donating her time to charities. She is passionate about many charities, including the American Cancer Society. Since her dad passed from Cancer in 2021, she has helped raise over $2 million for the American Cancer Society.

Denise has received many awards for her charity work, including being recognized by Volunteers of America and Leader of Impact from the American Heart Association. Denise has a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Speaking of awards, Denise has won Colorado Broadcasting Awards for every daypart and Best Station Personality in Denver twice. She has won Best Specialty Reporter from the CBAs for her TV work, was nominated for four Emmy's and even won an Emmy for her television work.

Denise married her teenage sweetheart 30 years ago and has two amazing sons that also help with nonprofits in hopes to make our community a better place.
