There is a Bachelorette Fitness Challenge

Would you ever do this? I like the idea, I just don't think I'm personally motivated to do it. I  used to try to hula hoop whiled I watched the Bachelor but I'd only do it for about 20 minutes before I would get bored and lounged on the couch to see who got a rose.

Pop Sugar Fitness put together this fitness challenge you can do while you watch the Bachelorette this season.

Will you do it? Here it is:

Someone says "let's do the damn thing":

10 lunges

Two or more of Becca's suitors get in an argument:

5 push-ups

Someone compliments Becca:

3 star jumps

A group date rose is given out:

20 squats

Someone mentions "falling for" Becca:

run in place for 30 seconds

Becca cries:

15 crunches

One of the contestants cries:

20 jumping jacks

Becca says something about seeing her future husband in the group of men:

hold a 20-second plank

Becca or one of the guys says the word "journey":

15 sit-ups

Someone mentions Arie Luyendyk Jr.:

10 mountain climbers

One of the dudes interrupts another's one-on-one time with Becca:

20 tricep dips

Chris Harrison announces the final rose at the Rose Ceremony:

15 Russian twists

Becca says something about Minnesota:

5 push-ups

One of the guys gets too drunk for his own good:

15 reverse lunges

During commercial breaks:

wall sit for 45 seconds
