Eating Grapes vs. Fast Food May Add 4-5 Years Onto Your Life

Here's today's feel-good story:

New studies suggest that eating grapes as a snack might combat the effects of eating junk food which involves flushing out the refined fats and sugars of food that is processed.

Dr. John Pezzuto, leader of the team at Western New England University, says that eating grapes led to "“unique gene expression patterns, reduced fatty liver, and extension of lifespan.”

Dr. Pezzuto also notes that, in authoring over 600 studies, "it adds an entirely new dimension to the old saying ‘you are what you eat.’”
