The Chainsmokers' Drew Taggart gave more than just "Roses" to his girlfriend fiancé Marianne Fonseca — he gave her a ring! Taggart and Fonseca announced on social media that they are engaged.
In a series of photos from a celebratory dinner at Los Angeles' Giorgio Baldi restaurant, after the big moment, fans can see adorable photos of the newly-engaged couple, as well as video of a closeup of Marianne's gorgeous diamond ring. They captioned the post, "HELL YEA!! 💍" The romantic moment included a lot of wine and beautiful red roses.
Friends of the couple quickly flooded the comments section to offer their well-wishes with Hailey Bieber writing, "Yessssssssss," alongside several heart eyes emojis. Several of Taggart's DJ friends chimed in with Tiesto writing, "Wowwwww!! Congrats brotha!! So happy for you!!!," while Calvin Harris shared, "Big congrats to youuu." Paris Hilton also shared, "Congratulations!"
Drew and Marianne, who debuted their relationship a year ago, were spotted with Taggart's Chainsmokers counterpart, Alex Pall, in Santa Monica just after their celebration dinner. On his Instagram stories, he wrote to mark his friend's engagement, "LET'S GO!!! The Chainsmokers are growing!" He added, "Now big question is will Drew take one of Mari's last names."
