Meghan Trainor is sharing some of her regrets about altering her appearance.
During a recent episode of her and her brother Ryan Trainor's podcast Workin' On It, the "All About That Bass" singer opened up about some of the consequences from various cosmetic procedures, admitting she had "too much Botox" that has made it so she "cannot smile," per People.
"I got too much Botox and I need help. I messed up," she said, laughing as she said she's had the procedure "a handful of times" only on her forehead.
In addition to the Botox, Trainor also had a bit of work done around her lips, getting filler for a "lip flip" that she also ended up regretting.
"Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip. And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living — it was not true," she said, adding that she "cannot smile anymore" as she demonstrated for the camera to show "as big as I can smile."
After her brother recalled the time he told her that she "can't smile," the "Made You Look" singer admitted that she "can't unsee it," saying, "And everywhere I go I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try."
Despite the regrets she has from too much Botox, her experience apparently won't keep her from going under the knife for more body modifications. Elsewhere in the episode, Trainor revealed which cosmetic procedure she "can't wait" to have done.
