Earlier this summer, it was announced that every tax-paying Coloradoan would receive a $750 TABOR rebate check, and $1500 would go to those filing jointly. They were originally supposed to start going out in September, but luckily that date was pushed up. Coloradoans can now expect the first round of these checks to go out starting August 1st. Most residents should receive their checks by the end of September. All checks will be mailed out, not direct deposited, as to try and avoid scammers getting ahold of the money.
