According to the post, directions for hiding the cup were to put it somewhere that's:
1. Not buried
2. Off the beaten path
3. Nowhere dangerous
4. Outside
5. Found after an adventure worth toasting
I also did some digging on TINCUP's Instagram page to find a couple more clues:
Cup 3 is within 30 miles of a 14-thousand-foot peak and within a 2 to 3-hour drive of all major cities in Colorado.
