How long should you keep your Thanksgiving leftovers?

One of my favorite things about Thanksgiving is the leftovers, but how long do they last and when should you toss 'em? According to the USDA, a good rule of thumb for cooked Thanksgiving leftovers is 3-4 days in the fridge and maybe a bit longer when frozen. See the complete guide here.
