This isn't something you see everyday, or ever. There are two houses in southwest downtown Colorado Springs that are being offered for free. The company that owns the houses and the surrounding land is planning to build a large apartment building there, but they don't want to have to tear down these historic homes.
They're giving both of the homes away for FREE, but here's the catch: you have to pay at least $50,000 to have the homes moved to land which you own. 50k isn't cheap, but it sure is a steal for 2 houses!
