In case you missed it, this Colorado Springs home listing went viral last week for... obvious reasons. The previous tenants spray painted the floors and ceilings, left two dead cats in the bathroom and a freezer (which hadn't been turned on in a year) full of rancid meat in the basement. The house was listed for just under $600,000 and despite it's condition, listing agent Mimi Foster said she got 70 offers in 5 days, plus 500 text messages and 300 emails inquiring about the home. It was sold to a buyer who's lived in the neighborhood for several years and plans on selling the property after she fixes it up.
