Because I'm currently in the process of buying a home in Colorado Springs, I know just how wild this housing market can be. Prices are soaring, but what I saw today on Zillow.com is definitely a first. The house is COVERED in graffiti, has broken windows, and to top it all off - there's a refrigerator in the basement that's been turned off for a year filled with rotten meat. Excuse me, WHAT?!
They call it an "investors special", but to me that would indicate a reduced price to clean up the filth. Well, that's not the case. The house is listen for almost $600k! You've gotta see this for yourself. Click here to see photos.
