Governor Polis has declared this Saturday, March 20th 'MeatOut Day' in Colorado. The idea is that Coloradans will skip meat for the day, which many environmental groups have praised.
However, many people including ranchers and farmers aren't so keen on the idea and instead have declared this Saturday 'Meat-In Day', with many businesses across the state offering deals and discounts on meat.
