I feel like I see people here in Colorado do this ALL THE TIME when it's cold out... in fact, there's even this meme about it. I admit, I've even been guilty of this a time or two when it's especially cold or I'm running late.
Someone in Scotland got ticketed for "dangerous driving" because instead of scraping all the snow off of his windshield, he only cleared a tiny square.
Ok, seeing the picture... that is pretty bad. By the way, I looked it up, and you CAN get ticketed for not fully scraping your windshield here in Colorado. There's a statue that requires you to drive with an "unobstructed view". The fine is $46.
