Those who work in the service industry have been hit hard during the pandemic because of restrictions that prevent bars and restaurants from operating at full capacity (or in some cases, from operating at all). We've seen acts of generosity like this happen across the country and this weekend it happened here in Colorado. A man stopped to eat breakfast at Notchtop Bakery & Cafe in Estes Park. After he received his bill which was just over $20, he asked his server how many employees were working. He then left a $1400 tip with instructions to split it equally between all seven employees ($200 each) and a note that said "Covid sucks!" Read more here.
