I've NEVER seen a production like Taylor Swift's reputation tour and with everything going on during the show, some things are bound to go wrong. In this case, she got stuck on the gondola that was supposed to take her to the other side of the stadium. So while she was figuring out what to do she led the crowd in a couple of 'a cappella' sing-a-longs an eventually she made it to the other side stage.
