ICYMI: El Paso and Pueblo Counties Both Move Down on the COVID Dial

As of Saturday, new COVID restrictions are in effect in El Paso, Teller and Pueblo counties. El Paso and Teller have been moved down to Level Yellow, while Pueblo county has been moved to Level Blue.
