- Walt Disney World just pulled $20,000 in coins from its wishing wells and fountains, and used the money to serve Thanksgiving dinner to hundreds of homeless people in Central Florida this weekend.
- An old folks' home in Canada got creative to keep people entertained and happy. Someone said they missed being able to go hunting. So the nurses used Christmas trees as a makeshift forest . . . dressed up as reindeer . . . and let residents hunt them with Nerf guns.
- A couple in Chicago had to cancel their 150-person wedding. So they got married at City Hall instead, and used their $5,000 catering deposit to deliver Thanksgiving meals to 200 people last week.
