You Can Win This Woman's $1.3 Million House, And Here's How

A woman in Alberta, Canada wasn't having much luck when trying to sell her $1.3 million house, so she decided to do something a little different.

Rather than lower the asking price, she will hold an essay contest, and whoever writes the best essay will win the house.

Here's how it works:

There is an $18.75 entry fee, and she will not give away the house until she receives 68,000 entries (guaranteeing her the $1.3 million dollar asking price).

The essay must be 350 words in length and must answer the questions, "How will moving here change someone's life?  Why would they enjoy cutting the grass?  Why would they love being here? . . . I want someone to tug on my heart strings."

You can get all of the rules and enter the contest, here.
