I love that when you drive around Spokane you can see the work of local artists pretty much everywhere you go. Now the folks at Spokane Arts are looking for an artist to paint a new mural for the Stevens Street underpass (yes, the bridge that notoriously peels the tops off semi-trucks.) The project will start next month and if you are chosen, you'll get a $2500 stipend. Submissions are due by midnight THIS Friday, August 17th. Get details HERE.
